How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders ship within 3 business days. Some may take longer depending on the complexity of the order or if the order requires custom design work. If your order hasn't shipped within 3 weeks after placing your order, please reach out to email@example.com.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders are handmade to order and shipped from Toledo, Ohio, USA.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are not shipping internationally.
Do you give discounts for bulk/wholesale orders?
Yes we do! We are currently offering wholesale pricing through Faire.com. Please see our wholesale page for more information.
Can you create a custom design?
Yes. We can design something custom for you. Custom designs will incur an additional fee based on complexity. Please reach out to us via the chat or use the contact form to email us your inquiry. We will respond within 3 business days.
Do you offer payment plans?
We have partnered with Sezzle, AfterPay and ShopPay to offer our customers payment plans. You must be approved through each individual service provider to use on our site. If you have any questions about using their services, please refer to their websites for more information.
We also offer Net 60 terms through Faire.com for our wholesale orders. Visit nlccreations.faire.com for more information on wholesale orders.
What is your return policy?
We do not allow returns on items that have been customized.
If you purchase an item that does not have customization, we allow returns within 2 weeks of purchase. The item must be unworn or unused and in the same condition that it was in when it was shipped. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
If your item is defective or damaged, please reach out to us via the contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt. We will work with you on processing a replacement or refund, depending on the condition of the item. We will require images of the damaged item and the packaging the item arrived in.
